Fire alarm went off at 800am and it took them 30 minutes to get it off. Then it happened again at 1030am. Kicker is they say this happens a lot. WTF. Really. Other than the serious fire codes violations and all the guest that were pissed, I don't see how or why they are allowed to operate or at least inform the guest beforehand. The firemen I talked too said it's become a serious problem with them because they have to show up and what happens if they are needed for a real fire. Terrible. Just Terrible.

Stopped for the night on a cross country trip. Easy access to the highway. Good parking. Nice kitchenette. Good for short walks with the dog.

This was our first hotel experience with our dogs and all went well- we were happy our lab and bernedoodle were accepted at the hotel. There were no dog amenities and the pet fee was a bit high. The potty area for dogs was small and not very clean but overall the trip was good- just happy to be able to include our fur friends.

Somewhat sketchy hotel with poor customer service. Room itself was adequate but wouldn’t say comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was nothing more than granola bars. Both dogs and cats are welcome however

Nice staff, clean hotel, and totally pet-friendly. There is a small patch of grass for your dog to do his business, and if you require a longer walk, the neighborhood right behind the hotel is super cute and charming to walk through. There is also free parking. We kept our car parked and took and Uber downtown, which was only about a 10 minute ride away. I would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy, this is our first trip with our 3 yr old 36 lb dog. Floors are laminate, great location. Dog park, several pet friendly restaurants/cafes within a mile. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy, location was perfect (we were attending events at Vandy). Room had floor laminate instead of a rug-perfect for dogs. This was our first trip with our 2 60lb pups (Plott hound and pit-mix). We had no issues with the room or staff. Would stay again.
