Location was great, the rest was just ok

We stayed with our dog, one night for a concert. No problems at check in and they were well aware we were bringing our dog. Pet fee is $54 that includes tax. There is a large area out by the front door for fur babies to go potty or walk around. The room looked nice but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Towels were nice and looked new. Location was great for our concert at the Ryman. It was a little noisy from the street late at night-we stayed on the first floor-which is actually 2 floors up from lobby. Parking overnight is $38. For as much as our room cost, I would think parking would be free unless you use valet. Overall, it was fine but for what we paid, I expected it to be better. Employees were fine, nothing exceptional.

    Great location and stay

The hotel is in a great location, with nice size suites with plenty of room to set up 2 crates and bring in a large bolster dog bed in the “living room” with room to still maneuver. Park across from the hotel entranceway (do not have to cross a street) was handy for potty breaks - and 2 guards in park made us feel safe when one of our pups wanted a 3am potty break! 2 high end restaurants on property (we enjoyed The Italian option while our pups were in their crates back in the room - just be aware that the last seating for the night is 8:45pm… but there are later options within short walking distance). We wished we could have stayed a little longer before continuing our road trip - it looked like there were some great areas to explore with the dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

    A+ Staff, Dogs Adored

I (single mom) arrived very late on a rainy Saturday night with my sleepy 6 year old kid and nervous 70-lb, 14 year-old dog. The valet staff helped us with kindness and sincerity. The front desk staff was equally welcoming and generous. We didn’t see any other dogs on the property during our 2-night stay, But our old fella was genuinely welcomed by guests and staff. (As was my daughter.) The grassy part on the block was perfect for potty breaks. The carpeted areas in the hotel were such a help with our old guy’s mobility. The downtown area doesn’t offer many dog-friendly options other than walks. But we had a superb experience with dinner on the patio of the Southern, recommended by the front desk. The $50 pet fee was less than most places nearby. I felt really supported and welcome here. Worth every penny.

    Fantastic Hotel and location

I was very impressed with this hotel the second we pulled up. It's across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and around the corner from Broadway Street. There is a park in front of the hotel that the dogs can use. The minute you walk into the lobby of his beautiful hotel, you wouldn't think they would accept dogs, especially on the large size. At check in they give you doggie treats and bottled water. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel with Large green space for walking.

Hotel was nice and perfect location. Dog park a couple blocks near River. The city is extremely noisy for dogs that are sensitive.

    Great location

Great location downtown and dog friendly. Park is right in front of hotel, and yes the homeless are abundant but were never a problem. Floors are open to atrium and lobby so it’s nice and airy instead of dark hallways walking dogs to elevator. VERY CLEAN AND COVID PROCEDURES WERE SUPERIOR.
Thank You! - bear and finn

    Great park

The dog loved it, we loved it. Only gripe... BringFido mentioned that the hotel gave your dog a welcome package - the dog didn’t get one - maybe it was. Covid thing.

Marlin's entire stay was a treat!

We had a ball in Nashville and the Hilton Downtown could not have been more welcoming and pet friendly. Marlin was given a bag of gourmet treats at check-in (and every other time we walked near the counter). Staff and guest were all super friendly. Our room was GREAT, clean and comfy! We can't wait to go back.
