We were charged for a service dog. The girl at the front desk was rude and couldn’t be bothered for any questions. We weren’t there not even 12 hours and we found a cricket in the shower and beetles in our dogs dry food in the morning when we got up. We were very disgusted and couldn’t wait to leave.

No grass for puppy needs. Room was very subpar. The place was just in need of a complete makeover. Hard to focus on one area when it was all bad.
