We stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites on our short trip to Pigeon Forge over the summer. It was okay for the few nights that we were there, but I wouldn't stay there again. I didn't feel that they were very "pet friendly" either.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Since we brought our 2 Cavvies they put us on the first floor so it was an easy walk to go potty. The only negative is there wasn't a designated place to take my pets and no bags either. The accommodations here were very nice for the price with modern decor, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator, and laminate floor. I would definitely stay again

We have a travel trailer and rarely stay at hotels. However we made a quick trip to Pigeon Forge to scope out several new campgrounds. I was most pleasantly surprised. The hotel was spotless, checking in was a breeze. There was lots of potty room for our dog. The breakfast was very good. The gentlemen taking care of our 1st floor room made sure we had everything we needed, as they do not attend to the pet rooms. We had to add an additional night, which we did directly through the hotel, and it was easy as well. We will definitely return if we are in need of a PF hotel again !

The room served its purpose and gave us a place to stay with our dog. we ended up leaving early due to the awful urine smell in the room. We will look for another location next time.

The room was adequate, staff was friendly, had no issues at check in or with our room. The dogs were able to stay with a $20 fee for each. Biggest issue is that what at first seemed like a great location was a bit of a hassle, virtually everything is south of this location which is on the northbound side and required a number of u-turns and heavy traffic. Would consider staying again though.

When we opened the door it smelled horrible! It smelled like mildew and urine. We walked in turned the air on and pulled the bed linens back to check like we do anytime we stay in a hotel. The beds were covered in black specks. We googled bedbug poop and it matched the results to a “T”. We went to the front desk and informed them and said we would be leaving. He didn’t speak English so all he could say is “he will email.” The next day the manager called and left a voicemail apologizing for “the lint” on the beds. Do not stay here!!

Room was sub par. Horrible lighting, bathroom door stuck, and just didn't feel clean. Good breakfast. Was in a high-traffic area. Was a lot of grass to take your pet out to go potty.

This was our first time ever traveling overnight in a hotel with our pup! It went SO well. The check in was quick and easy, and we even got upgraded. In our hall there were lots of other dogs so it made us feel better in case he panicked on us. The room had hardwood floors which was great! They even had a little perch by the window so he could look out 💕. We will definitely stay here again as we travel to Pigeon Forge 5-6x a year with overnight stays and at least once a month for day trips.
