Nestled in the foothills of Palmer Lake, this little oasis is in the perfect location for R&R. The Marmot is adorable inside and out. A deer greeted me upon arrival as did the vibrant color of poppies everywhere. The tiny house is within walking distance to the lake and local eateries. It is also minutes from I-25 and shopping in Castle Rock or Monument. This place was just what the doctor ordered for me. I highly recommend!
