We checked in late and left early so was fine for a night. Comfy beds but we booked a king room and we’re given two double beds. The front desk attendees weren’t the friendliest and found a long black hair in my towel post shower. Wouldn’t book again, especially for the price. Also, the breakfast (although free) was disappointing. No yogurt, no orange juice and some weird looking egg omelet thing.

We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The room and bed was very comfortable for humans and dogs. The only negative is there was not a very good space for letting your pet out. The one grassy area had a lot to prickly vegetation. Other than that a great nice place to stay.

Overall very nice room with big bathroom and comfy beds. My only problem was a lack of anywhere to take the dog for a walk. There was lots of grass around the building and parking area but it's otherwise a very busy area on the interstate.

Easy access off I-40 in Amarillo. Check-in was easy. The dogs were welcome, but there were no additional dog services. We found a grassy area outside and took bags. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. The water didn’t have the best flavor. The breakfast was average. There were no cleanliness issues in the hotel or our room. We would stay again if passing through but also might check BringFido to look at the other options.

Surprisingly no noise from the highway or the airport nearby. Room was clean, spacious, and had a fridge, microwave, & Keurig. Staff was very helpful and attentive. No fenced space for the mutt, but plenty of grassy areas. Would absolutely recommend.

TV did not work, front desk was no help. Dead bugs in bat tub, big cricket and spiders oh joy. Other wise room was clean and hotel looked updated. We paid premium price should expect premium service.

The suites are beautiful, clean, quiet, and the staff was so friendly, and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We spent the night, and woke up to a full on breakfast that was both a surprise, and tasty. My next trip I will make sure I land In Amarillo to spend the night at this Holiday Inn Express.

Final dash on our cross-country trip this has been the first place that was an actual decent hotel. It was super clean and nice great big breakfast, really friendly staff, plenty of green space for dogs. The only thing that I would say was a bummer, was we were sort of far out from food delivery so a lot of things didn’t want to deliver there. I would totally stay there again!

The front door did not open without manually sliding the door open which was a problem with full hands. Our sun shade in the room was broken and the second floor hall had litter on the floor. The solo breakfast staff was overwhelmed with customers this morning and struggling to serve. The added $40.00 on top of (on the high side) the room fee seemed too high for troubled facility.

Great place to stay on a road trip. The front desk personnel were great and friendly with our dog. Though there is no designated pet area, there is plenty of grass... just byob... bring your own [poop] bag!

Generally love the Express properties. Not this one. Staff lazy and unhelpful. Outside landscape reprehensible with grass clearly not mowed for several weeks. Construction dust smell permeates the property. Needs new manager to put new attitude in place and property maintenance up to Express standards. Independent review in order.

Noisy due to lots of construction going on. All soft drink machines empty or out of order. Only decaf capsules for the Keurig in the room. Other than that, fine: big, clean room. Pets were comfortable.

Hotel was either newish or newly remodeled. Rooms were clean and nice. Good grassy area outside for pets to do their business. Free breakfast was great! Not allowed to leave dog in the room alone (I wasn’t planning on doing this, but others might want to know).

We were rolling through town on a cross country trip. We have three larger size dogs so it's difficult for us to find lodging at times. They accommodated our request for a first floor room by an exit with no issue and they have a great grassy area out back for the dogs to take care of business!
