- EdAug 12, 2018Sad experience, won't use Red Roof again
Understand (almost) the waiting 45 minutes til 1030 pm to be able to check in because the computer system was down (that and was told we would lose our deposit if we didn't wait). Once we got to our room (dated and not really kept up to what Red Roof use to hold as standards) unpacked for the night then found that back tissue was left in the toilet. When we went to flush it we found out he toilet over flowed. Called desk to ask @ hair dryer (stolen from the room) and for a plunger was told no dryers & maintenance had gone for the night. Best they could do was move us to a upstairs room (bad knee made this fun). So we had to to repack and move to a room that wasn't in much better condition (ceiling had some obvious water damage, and overall run down feeling).
