Filthy, rundown, mostly vacant. Trash everywhere, piles upon piles of dog poop. Really not a pleasant experience. At all.

I wouldn’t give this motel any bones. The room was not clean, toilet had unflushed material in bowl, seat underside had urine residue and feces spots on it, and floor had dried dog feces spots on it. Entry was dirty, and the smoke alarm had been taken out of the wall and was missing from the unit (very dangerous and illegal). There was essentially no green area to walk the dog.

Check to see if the facility has been renovated before booking here. We found the rooms to be in such poor condition we canceled on the spot and went to the airport location. The staff member at the reception was very kind and understanding, she was very willing to refund our reservation.

Old, run down, and no elevator. Friendly staff and close to Denny’s!
Little to no insulation, so very noisy , especially for an alert pup who seemed to be “on guard” all night with low growls and random barking episodes. Sooo, bed was comfortable but sleep was hijacked. - TrishaMar 20, 2021To be expected

The first room we went to was not even cleaned from the prior use. They sent us to another room, but it was really old and the carpets were stained and sticky. Front office staff were not friendly either.

Percy has ample room for leash walk & dinner from nearby La Fiesta (recommendation from lady at desk). Clean but noisy from highway. Ask for room at rear of complex.)

Large room with king size bed. Smelled like someone had smoked in it in the past but wasn’t horrible. It was clean. The carpet was worn but it being a pet room I was happy. Free breakfast. I didn’t feel unsafe. My only complaint is the potty area for dogs was small and full of poop and they were out of bags.

Staff was very nice and location was convenient to I-40. We were traveling with our corgi and cat and chose the location based solely on their pet policy. The room was musky and had a stale smoke smell (we had a non-smoking room). I would probably look elsewhere if I am ever traveling through the area again.
