The staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The hotel could use some updating, but clean and fresh. This hotel is just at the edge of the University. We enjoyed a beautiful walk through the campus.

Room was comfortable. I would have given 5 bones but the elevator was broken and it was difficult walking up stairs to the 2nd floor because of a knee injury. Staff was excellent and carried our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff were very relaxed and great with dogs. There were huge amounts of children in the hotel as well due to a gymnastics tournament on the same weekend, yet the staff handled everything quite nicely. There is a nice dog area behind the hotel and great dog walking places near the hotel. The breakfast was extensive and very good with a very attentive breakfast staff. My only complaint would be the little gymnast who started practicing her routine in the room above me at 5 am. She had drive though, so I hope she won her division, lol! On the whole, it was a great stay.

Clean, quiet, first floor room with easy access to grass outside. Desk person was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great location to stay for visiting Palo Duro State Park. Large grassy area with poop bags and a trash can for dogs. Very friendly staff and great service. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. We stayed multiple nights and have no complaints.
