Large ranch with 8000 sqft main house. Ideal for large group getaways. Unique opportunity to rent 1500 private acres with miles of private access to the Eel River. Unique observation tower with sweeping views of Historic Round Valley and mountains. Trap shoot and hunting options for extra charge. NOTE: Base rate is for 8 guests, then $75/day per guest for additional. Dogs allowed, $200/stay.
Sleeps 16+ in various bedrooms from spacious to small - two large with private bath, the rest smaller and sharing bath. Expansive great room with central fireplace. Pool table, two pianos, foosball, ping-pong.
