Homeless people all around along with drug dealers trying to sell you their stuff. The sheets on the bed were stained. The coffee maker didn't work. Dirty floors and counters.

Location is great and staff was wonderful but rooms weren’t the comfiest. Had a gap under our door that allowed cold wind in and rattled the door and window. Didn’t expect a fancy place with the low price, but wish our room was a bit comfier. A note for the pet parents: outside is very well-lit and terrain is all pavement, rock and dirt so if you need grass, this isn’t the best location.

Supposedly all rooms have been updated, but a bad paint job and vinyl plank floors doesn’t constitute an ‘update.’ The only reason I stayed is because the room was paid for and was non-refundable. It was run down and basically dirty. I slept in my clothes. I didn’t even take my suitcase out of the car.

This was the cleanest Red Roof Inn I have been to by far! There was so much space in the room and friendly staff. there was lots of parking so it was no problem. I agree with the other reviews that the pet relief area does have a lot of poop, but I feel like that is more the responsibility of owners who choose to stay. The only reason it is 4 bones instead of 5 was because the shower wasn’t super warm and the water pressure was very on and off. But other than that I would say this is an amazing Red Roof Inn!

We stayed here one night on a cross country road trip with our pup. The room was just fine. My dog ignored the not pee/poop signs on the grassy area but I cleaned up after her. Many who used the landscaping at the border of the parking lot did not so watch your step! Leo’s Mexican restaurant next door was very good.

OK experience, nothing special. Room was bare bones and not nice but clean. Front desk lady was extremely nice and accommodating, but due to a change in management had difficulty processing the reservation. Took a really long time.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Our room was full of flies, the bathroom smelled horrible and was dirty since the day we got there. Shady people all over the place and the guy at the front desk seemed annoyed to be there. Definitely do not recommend.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and during our stay we had encountered a lot of unpleasant situations. Our room barely get cleaned or sanitized. Missing pillows even though we asked the front desk numerous times for extra pillows and everytime they always promise but never get extra until the last day of our stay. The front desk especially are rude, lazy and very unprofessional that need more training or schooling on how to interact with customer. We got called racist just for asking a room service. Housekeeping department did a good job they do what they’re told unless otherwise. Don’t stay longer than overnight you will see the true colors of most of the staffs.

This location-location-location, employees are awesome!, New owners are remodeling the entire place and looks amazing, all rooms have frig and microwave, quiet and in best side of town, completely pet friendly!!! Every morning has coffee and two juices available, I stayed on a very great weekly rate.
**Every morning the management says hello to my little ShihTzu dog and always greets us with warm smiles!! That means more to me than any amenities!!! So many hospitality locations across the USA do not like pets at all!!
I would recommend this location to everyone!!!

We arrived kinda of late and had a double reservation as there was too many of us. One room was updated and it was really nice but you can tell they are rushing through the repairs, the door knob on the bathroom door was falling apart 😬. The other room was not renovated yet so it had the carpet most stained that I have ever seen I ensured my kids used shoes all the time, the sink had some stuff on it and it short it for sure needed it renovations done to it. The front desk clerk guy who greeted us was not that friendly I guess we all have our times to be in the mood wouldn’t help to smile though you are after all conducting customer service. The lady at check out was much better she did told me that I would get a final receipt within hours on my email from the third party booking agency that I used aka BringFido app...never happened so there was that. Other than that it was really nice no área to walk to your dog that it’s grass just some sand and rock area. The guests that were on the Pool immediately turned off their music when we came in our room was right across from the Pool so we appreciate it that. Overall great stay would love to come back when it’s finally completely renovated.
