  Very affordable, right off the freeway, $25 pet fee. Clean rooms with hardwood floors.

  Great stay

  The hotel was clean. Carpets were clean and fresh. Room furnishings were old and showed some wear. Breakfast was very basic but there are plenty of options nearby. Hotel staff was helpful. Overall a good experience and good value for the money. I would stay here again.

  Mixed review

  The basics: clean room, the shower was good. The staff was friendly. The floor in the room was a fairly new laminate—good for our dog. if this fits your price point, you’d be ok. Now the not-so-good points: There really isn’t a good place outside to walk a dog. The toilet paper was almost like sand paper; it reminded me of a campground. The continental breakfast is pretty sparse. There were oatmeal packets, but no milk to put in it. The coffee was out of a machine and tasted like instant coffee. All-in-all, I think 4 bones is about right—the bill is going to be right at $100 a night if you have one pet, and that’s pretty good for in the city.

  Very friendly staff

  My husband had to have surgery at University Medical Center El Paso so we needed some place close by. This hotel is literally 2 minutes away. All of the staff were so very nice!! Tina at the front desk was the absolute best! She is so down to earth and a real pleasure to chat with. Everyone on staff made us feel so welcomed. They truly go above and beyond for the visitors staying at the hotel. It is an older hotel but everything was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast wasn’t bad. They had danishes, muffins, apples, yogurt and oatmeal, plus 3 different types of juice and of course coffee.

  They also have vending machines for snacks or soda. The ice machine was always working and had plenty of ice. They supply Neutrogena products which was pretty nice! Plus lots of towels were stocked in the room. They were very pet friendly. They didn’t turn us away with our American Bully which I was scared they may at first. They have wood flooring so that makes clean up after feeding our messy eating dog a breeze. Definitely will stay again when ever we have to go back to El Paso. Hotel is also right by the highway which is nice for traveling.
