Let me start by saying the outside looked promising. It is very close to a lot of food, stores and somewhat off the highway. The lobby and halls smelled amazing. They accepted 3 dogs no problems. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. However, I would choose a different place to stay if you have been driving all day and just want a hot shower and sleep.
Our first issue we ran into, we were given keys to someone else’s room. Can you imagine 10pm at night walking into someone’s room with 3 dogs and a toddler? It was horrible. We got rooms changed and were now on the 3rd floor. Our room looked directly at guitars and Cadillacs that is open til 2am and after 2am the party didn’t stop and continued to the parking lot with screaming, racing and honking until about 3am. The blinds didn’t meet the wall all the way, so the lights from this place shinned through the whole night. The walls were very paper thin so I was worried about my toddler disturbing others as well as us being disturbed. The shower was lukewarm at best, only two holes in the shower head sprayed out hot water. The pillows were extremely firm. The comforter had a red stain on it.
The positives: staff was friendly, room didn’t smell like dog, it was clean and spacious for the most part. Parking lot was big enough for a trailer. Plenty of dog areas to use.

We had been driving for 3 days straight through horrific thunderstorms with our 2 Goldens, one an older, arthritic female absolutely terrified of thunder. The room was quiet and outside noise (other dogs) was greatly reduced. Desk clerks were friendly and came out to pet each dog, paying close attention to the female who was still shaking, talking softly & stroking her gently to help calm her down. Gave great recommendation for restaurant within walking distance. Now it's our go-to place to stay for Metroplex.

The room was an adjoining room and we could hear all of the conversations and smell all of the smells in the next room. The hallway was also very noisy.
There was no signs of sanitation in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly but we were put in a room by the elevator and a room that adjoined to another so noise was an issue. Our pup kept alerting so sleep was a struggle.

Thank you all for being so awesome! Friendly staff and the room was great! stayed on the 3rd floor the first time I stayed and the 4th floor the second time. Very comfy! And great breakfast with a singing chef (nice to hear someone so happy in the morning). Hope to see you all soon! Stay safe!

We enjoyed our stay again, coming back from our trip cross country with our two small dogs. Convenient location just off I-20, easy access, clean and comfortable (only a noisy room heater) with lots of nearby pet areas. Good deal for the price in a nice area. Pleasant staff. Modest breakfast selection. Well located next door to an animal hospital. Thankfully a visit was not needed, but good to know. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

so fancy and clean!! our dog did not sniff inside (which he does when other dogs have Peed inside). The beds were super comfortable, the hotel is located close to restaurants and other shops. Really great all around. Super low price!

After a long trip across the us we were welcomed by a bittersweet stay. We had issues getting into our room due to the keys not working and had to go to the front desk three times and thirty minutes later we finally got a key that worked. Later we tried to get ice from the machine but it wasn’t working on the first floor. Would try this place again. It was a great location and the pup loved all the places to walk .
