Wall are thin at night you are able to hear folks that at the patio laughing and talking. Housekeeping comes at approximately 7am and knocks the surrounding rooms. It’s close to everywhere and lots of parking.

Average place. Won’t be going back. Stayed 2 nights. They were accommodating to move us to the 3rd floor after our first night on the 5th floor far end. As far as you can get from the outside, and we had a puppy with us. Also, the AC in the 1st room made a lot of noise at night. We didn’t sleep well.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Different layout. Huge tv in room! Had to ride elevator to room which our dog doesn’t care for so why I gave 4 bones instead of 5.

We loved staying here! They have a little pet wing just for dogs....including paw prints leading the way. Rooms were clean and wood tiled. So much better than a carpeted room where you can’t tell how dirty the floors are. Outside area was well kept and clean. The hotel we stayed in the night before was full of cigarette butts and tons of doggie poop so this was so much easier to take the pup out on! Will probably choose Aloft from now on when available!

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Room did lacked decent size refrigerator and "no micro". Traveled during Covid, so no breakfast. No grab & go, everything had to be paid for.
Kinda cheesy!! I traveled in May to California & that hotel had a "grab a bag" program, which had a apple, muffin & granola bar in the bag. This would've been nice. Bag dispenser for dog pickup was empty entire stay. Although I always carry my own, others didn't so there was dog droppings everywhere. Loved this place and would stay again if given the chance! Everything was great - from the staff checking us in to the clean room. Per the description, we asked if they had any dog beds (so we didn’t have to bring ours up) and they looked at us like we were weird for asking, not a big deal but an updated description of the dog amenities might be needed :)

Safe Stay: Aloft Frisco has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Marriott) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests.
