Nestled just outside of Crawford Colorado this rustic cabin is newly built and comes with full amenities on a working farm including mountain views and incredible scenery from 7,000 ft. Located just a few short minutes from Crawford Colorado and about 15 minutes from Hotchkiss Colorado and 22 minutes from the North rim of the black canyon. The cabin itself is a spacious 500+sq ft and features:

A full kitchen with full sized appliances
King size master bed with a full size bed upstairs
Tiled shower

Large screen TV
A close 15-20 mins to Hotchkiss and 20-30 minutes to Paonia. There are so many fun things to do nearby such as, river rafting, hiking, rock climbing, wine tasting and more! Only 20 minutes away from the black canyon and just 5 minutes away from the Crawford reservoir.
This property allows its guests to enjoy a quite laid back location to do anything and everything or simply enjoy the stars on a cool summer night. It comfortably accommodates singles or couples. Well behaved pets are allowed. Only unscented laundry detergent and non toxic cleaning supplies are used. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property. A pet fee is required for guests with pets and an additional guests fee is required for stays with more than 2 guests. A camera is set up on the porch for package alerts and for contactless checkins.
