This hotel has a great location in Houston. They were the staff were very pet friendly. The fence courtyard is a safe place to potty your dog. You might want to know that there are some services that are not being provided at the time of our stay. They did not have their usual hot buffet they just had grab and go prepackaged snacks some fruit coffee and tea. They do not clean your room if you’re staying multiple nights, because of limited staff. You need to go to the front desk if you want clean towels

Room had stained carpets (and carpet torn away with exposed nails at bathroom entrance) and was in need of updating. The staff was VERY nice and helpful.

Nice hotel, large rooms, big courtyard area fenced all around. Houston area is full of dog-friendly businesses. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. Super loud people in room near us. Hotel did not do anything about it for over 2 1/2 hours. We finally just packed up our things and left because my kids were scared and we could not sleep due to the level of loudness. Hotel would not refund my money until I escalated it up to a regional manager situation

Pet friendly, but dirty and not well maintained. Room Keys didn’t work. Lavatory sink broken. Mold caked under sink. Walk-in shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom floor. Refrigerator sticky needed wipe down. Disgusting. Exterior common access door wouldn’t lock. Anyone can walk right in. Still not fixed 2 hrs after I reported to mgmt. staff friendly but unresponsive. Located in an upscale part of town, but sorely out of place there. Poor rating from us as even a roadhouse. Won’t be back. Wouldn’t recommend. Rate $85 on a Sunday nite. Not worth half that.

Of course, during COVID, everything is off track but the hotel was nice, clean and fully booked (for some reason). There isn’t much grass but there is some outside the courtyard and across the street behind the hotel. We only stayed one night but overall, we were very pleased with the hotel.

Property in good shape, close to ple ty of restaurants but you cant walk there. On site green space is minimal. Go south across bank tower lot for better dog walking. Noisy in rooms facing highway. Ask to be in back

Carpet needs cleaning in the room we had. We had a dog with us but had a definite dog smell when we entered. Was not allowed to get water from breakfast area. It was after breakfast but we should have been able to get water, we had to pay $6 for two bottles of water. It was for our dog.
