Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 11 AM. Sound good?

      Stunning view, beautiful room

      We loved Eastern Beacon Inn so much we immediately wanted to stay longer and are planning to return soon. The view across the channel to Campobello from Room 4 is absolutely stunning. The room is spacious, beautifully furnished, and comfortable (the mattress, for example, is nice and firm and high quality). The self-serve kitchen on the 1st floor has everything you need for a continental breakfast.
      There is a ramp from the street level to the 1st floor, but to reach Room 4 on the 2nd floor you have to climb a fairly steep flight of stairs -- our dog found this rather scary, LOL. Hosts Patrick and Kim mostly stay out of sight, but are easily reachable by voice or text. The location right on Water St is great, walkable to a couple of restaurants. My only hesitation in recommending Eastern Beacon Inn is that too many people will find out about it!
