Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left unattended in the rooms. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. We went to the hotel and address showed on the app and they could not find my reservation. We called customer service and they could the rez but the attendant couldn't. After about 45 min trying to figure out what happened. They realized we were in the wrong hotel. Apparently they had changed owners and the correct hotel was in a different part of town. Upon arriving we were greeted by a not so happy attendant. The hotel itself needs work but we needed a place to stay.
Someone is clearly not connecting everything correctly if the app is showing and sending us to one place when it's the completely wrong hotel.
