The room given to us smelled like cat urine. We opened the refrigerator and then it really smelled like cat urine. I went to get another room and was first told housekeeping would go over it again and that they didn't know of any cats in the room. I insisted on getting another room and they did. The second room was much better. It was near a work table and a dumpster with construction trash. The stairs and hallways were littered with papers and pieces of wood, so it wasn't the best experience. They did call me to let me know I left my license in the office, so that was a good thing. The staff was polite enough, but overall, it wasn't a great experience.

Avoid at all cost. They charge more for pets upon arrive. Rooms smell like smoke. Does not look like advertised photos. This is not a safe place if you have your family.

From beginning to end the ground floor king room amazing great look the front desk had great info and puppy loved it we’re coming back for sure check out taste of India restraint nearby amazing pool was awesome for being in Texas we needed this
