Allow me to serve you a crap sandwich. The woman at the counter was there and alive. She wasn’t rude so I’ll give her that. The place should be closed until they’re finished “remodeling.” The floor of our third floor room had a significant slant in it. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor and a hair in the bathtub. I can’t even begin to detail how bad the tub surround was but I refused to use it. Door molding was falling off most of the doors! For safety my son pushed the dresser in front of our door. The entrance to our room smelled like hot beer vomit. Let me repeat: hot…beer…vomit. Luckily we checked in late and only needed to sleep before leaving. I’ll finish it in a good note. The air conditioner was kicking it and kept the room a frosty 68 degrees which probably kept all the bugs in cryostasis.

Our first room had numerous large roaches, bathroom with cracks everywhere and in deplorable condition so we asked to be moved to another room. While it was better, it, too, had roaches. Every outside grassy area was filled with dog poop with NO courtesy poop bags or trash cans for patrons to clean up after their dogs. Even a request for a late check out was refused until I named these above issues. I’d NEVER stay here again. DON'T DO IT, folks.

Everything was great till we woke up the next morning to leave an saw a cockroach next to our dogs food bowls. Grossed out after that an definitely left ASAP.
