    Safe Stay: Aloft Plano has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Marriott) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.

      Great stay!

      The hotel is located in a quiet area, easy to get to shopping and dining. The room was clean and comfortable. My puppy loved the treat bag he received upon check-in. Excellent staff, fresh breakfast, and no issues. Definitely recommend for next trip through Dallas.

      Modern/millennial appeal but not the best

      There were a number of green fields by the hotel, which was nice for walking the dog. However there was no breakfast included with the room and there were lots of cleaning smells.

      Aloft is the best

      The hotel we originally not only overbooked but fail to provide us any accommodations so we have to book at Aloft not only at the last minute but with two large dogs! When we explained our situation to the hotel staff at Aloft, not only they provide the most friendly service you would expect but also with the reasonable rate! They have showed us the true meaning of the hospitality service and they are totally deserved a 5 or more stars.

      My sweet puf a lump loved it

      I always try to travel with my fur baby and ALoft hotel was awesome. So thankful for this Bringfido app. It's a lifesaver.

      Fur-iendly accomodations

      Stayed here with my furever friend on while I was in the area for a friend's wedding. It's the first bed he ever slept in all night. No accidents and wonderful stay!

      Great Room!

      wow! I wasn’t expecting such a clean place when it was sooo “pet friendly” let me tell you we’ve stayed some places! the room was super modern and very clean and nice. the front desk staff was so friendly. we are evacuating due to hurricane Laura and had to find a place to stay last minute with our 3 kids and medium sized dog. they were super friendly and helpful with the check in and check out is noon which was really nice !
