Enjoy this beautiful new condo; with a lounge with shaw cable & a pool table. Underground heated parking and a gym. There was a 65” nano cell smart tv added to the living room. Fast wifi, appliances such as fridge/freezer, oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, ninja blender & coffee keurig with free coffee pods, sugar and creamer. Fridge is stocked with condiments for your use. Lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner and body wash. 1 minute walk from unleash dog park! 10 min drive to downtown
