Corporate Rentals USA is a platform that offers stylishly decorated and comfortable living spaces for traveling professionals & vacationers. This HESTIA home offers our standard of comfortable beds, hotel quality linens, ultra high speed internet, secure garage parking and dedicated desk space in a conveniently located part of Leander, a North Austin suburb.
This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our cozy house features high ceilings in the living room, plenty of windows and a spacious fenced in backyard (0.37 acres!) for your dog and kids. Stretch out and relax in our backyard. We have a comfortable table and a propane grill for your use!

Bathrooms
- Full bathrooms with tub, fluffy hotel quality towels, microfiber towels for makeup.
Garage
- Secure parking for two cars with a remote control. The washer and dryer are in the garage. Additional parking for two cars in the driveway
Large Yard
- Generously sized yard is perfect for pets to roam around! We provide poop bags to help keep the yard free of dung
Guests have access to the entire home including the very large backyard & secure garage parking. A car will be needed to drive around and there's plenty of parking for four cars (two inside garage and two outside)

This home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mature trees on large lots, characterized by wide roads and tall trees. It feels like a modern home in a cozy country neighborhood but really convenient access to all the fun restaurants in Cedar Park & Leander. If you didn't already know, Leander TX is one of the fastest growing suburbs in all of Texas!
This home is very close to the new hospitals coming up in Cedar Park including Dell Children's North and Texas Children's Hospital. Some of my favorite restaurants in the area include Tumble 22, La Joie, The Grove Wine Bar, Phonatics, Blue Corn Harvest, Mouton's Bistro & Bar, Levant Cafe & Grill and MORE! It's an easy drive into Austin, about 30 mins so it's still a great place to stay if you're in town for ACL (Austin City Limits) or even F1 Race, or SWSX. You won't need to pay those hefty downtown prices. Our location is also close to Lake Travis to rent a boat or picnic on the shores of Jones Brothers Park.

Our Hestia hosts are trained to deliver a brand experience with extended stay furnished rentals with standard operating procedures and strict cleaning standards.
Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.
Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $55 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided.
Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of porch, exterior parking and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored.
Communication During Your Stay: For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the airbnb platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities and then contact us.
All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
