Nice hotel, friendly staff, no dog amenities. The location is great as it’s right next to the Alamo. Having to valet isn’t the best but it was fine as we knew going in we would need to. No grassy spots for the dog. It’s nothing but cement for a couple of blocks. Other than that we had no issues and the fee of $50 per stay was super reasonable. We also saw lots of other dogs around the hotel so it seems to be a popular place for families with dogs.

The hotel only had one functioning elevator so took a very long time to go up and down floors. You have to park at a public lot or use the valet service at $39 a day. The valets do try their best to be quick though. The hotel photographs better than it looks in person. In person it looks old and tired.

This is a great location with easy access to everything downtown. They accept dogs in the room but there's not a good location for them to relive themselves, down the block and in the grassy median. The pet deposits was only 50 at this time so thats a plus. Wouldn't recommend if your dog has to go often. Would recommend if didn't have pets.

Wonderful pet friendly staff, great downtown location. Not many places nearby to walk the pooch so plan on doing your evening walking ahead of time and needing to walk a few blocks for your morning walk.

This hotel is fabulous for travelers with a dog. They have water and treats in the lobby and everyone seems to love dogs. Our room was huge with a lovely sitting area, plenty of room for a dog bed. The location is fabulous, right across the street from the Alamo and a few blocks to the river walk. Would definitely stay again if I return to San Antonio.
