Casa Wilphi Near Playa de Rumina
This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is situated perfectly in Mojacar playa. Just a short walk from the beach this is an excellent place to stay in an extremely sought after location. With the privacy and independence of a villa while retaining the security of a community Casa Wilphi has everything to offer.
This house is fully equipped and renovated with all amenities. Starting with your day to day necessities in the kitchen such as kettles and pans to sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sun on one of the stunning terraces overlooking the sea and mountains.
Casa Wilphi is only one street back from Mojacar playa making it perfect for walking to the beach or local entertainment and restaurants/bars including the Imperial Pizza a widely popular Italian pizzeria only a short walk down the street. Local mini markets and larger supermarkets are also within walking distance. There is a bus stop on the main road outside going in both directions making travel to other towns or places further away quick and easy.
As well as being a perfect location to explore Mojacar from, Casa Wilphi is also great for when you want to stay in, there is air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi and an IPTV box with all English and Spanish TV/music. There is also a gas BBQ in the garden should you feel like cooking alfresco on the patio where you can enjoy the sun at the same time.
As well as having the beach and sea on your doorstep there is also a community pool out the back of the property where you can relax and take a dip looking up at the mountains.
Casa Wilphi is also pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry friends.
