They put all the dogs on the fourth floor which is not very convenient. The hotel was slightly beat up but in a nice location. We were told not to walk the dogs in the front of the hotel which seemed a little harsh.

Friendly, helpful staff. unique borrowing locker for kitchen appliances. Nicely equipped room. Kind of surprised there was no breakfast offered at all. When we asked about it, we were told a bit tersely that they felt since they offered complete kitchens, they didn’t think offering breakfast was necessary. Strange point of view, since virtually all the suite chain hotels offer breakfast. Be aware, if you stay here for only one or two nights, you will need to shop for breakfast to cook.

This long term stay hotel is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, kitchens are nice and the facility is in good condition. There is a walking trail very close. Multiple restaurants close by. The staff is outstanding; professional, friendly and helpful. High recommend this Candlewood Suites location in Tyler Texas.

Close to everything we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Mattress very comfortable! Maxi (our Bichon) enjoyed the walk on South Tyler Trails and the handy dog-walking yard.
