Pet friendly but the staff were not pet friendly at all. DO not recommend. WE travel with our furbaby a lot and this was one of the least desirable hotels we have stayed at. Everything about this hotel was like a "hospital" esthetic, not friendly at all for humans or pets. The room was okay, found a sock under the sink cabinet while taking a bath. No cleanup station for the pets either.

Rooms no longer have refrigerators or microwaves. Sink and tub barely drained. Used to be nicer.

After checking in, I left 1 hr later. The room was filthy with thick black grease stains. A huge gap was in the doorframe letting in all sorts of bugs and humidity. The room was filled with mosquitoes (thank goodness my pups are on trifexis). I received several mosquito bites on my arms killing the pests as I frantically called another hotel for a room. Thick grey granular debris was under the mattress and the pillows were stained yellow. My dogs were visibly upset at the smells and how moist and humid the room was. I usually love la quintas- not this one. By the way it also is an extended stay hotel. Broken bottles and cigarette butts await your pups feet. Go to the other la Quinta in the loop 2550. Oh and yes, I had to pay 60$ for that one filthy hour.

We checked into a non smoking room that smelled like smoke and mildew. The fridge gasket was covered in black diet/mold. We asked to switch rooms and told the front desk clerk about the fridge and he moved us to another room, that had exactly the same issues. Have stayed at other La Quinta Inn & Suites that are much nicer.
