I booked a room for 2 days. Desk clerk said pet fees had to be paid in cash $20.00. Charged my card $34.50 upon checking out. Left after the first night monthly tenant were loud and drunk at my window barking at my dogs. complained the next morning but refused any refund of my 2 days. (only stayed 1 night) even had them on video. They have a no refund policy no matter what the reason. The office closes at night and there is no one to contact.
Rooms are terrible and dirty. Beware you don’t even want your fur babies on the floors.
