I suggest "buyer beware." My daughter is visiting her son at Sheppard AFB and went to book a room here for one night. They initially took her booking, but when they found out she had 2 (small) service dogs (she is a retired disabled vet) they first wanted to charge her a $95 "cleaning" fee, which BTW is totally illegal. A different agent then came over immediately and told her hotel policy is she cannot stay with service dogs (also totally illegal) and immediately canceled her room. When my daughter questioned this, the woman told her "we supersede federal rules".

We arrived on a Friday and left on a Wednesday. We used a double queen bed room and stayed with three adults, two children, and two dachshunds. No complaints about the room. Plenty of hot water for all showers, A/C worked perfectly, quiet rooms that allowed dogs to stay comfortable in their kennel while we were out and about. Ample dog walking areas. Watch out for fire ant hills along the sidewalks though. Easy drive to Sheppard AFB or downtown shopping and restaurants. Some areas around pool and outside are a bit in disrepair/cluttered, but that didn't bother/effect our stay at all. Staff at desk were all very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for one night or multiple night stays while travel to or through Texas.
