They were very accommodating, courteous and friendly to my dog. Lots of little grass areas for the pups. And the bedding is absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend.

Stayed one night and it was OK. Convenient location. There is nice grass next to the hotel, but the dogs can't go on it. The hotel was under construction (April 2023), so there was no hot breakfast and the halls were filled with construction material and debris. No construction noise, but could hear a lot of walking in the above floors and from hallways. Bathroom was not cleaned well.

We were very impressed with how clean our room was. They go beyond what other hotels we've stayed at normally do for a pet room. Definitely will stay here again.

Clean rooms. Loved that there was a huge dog run. I didn’t use it because it was a little far too walk across a dark street and parking lot at night. Plus my dog is only 7 lbs. If she took off running I’d probably get hurt trying to catch her with the hills and rocks in the dog run. Great for large dogs though.

The hotel was better than most dog hotels we stay in. There is land around the hotel where your dog can get some exercise before pressing on for hours in the car. There was a relatively quiet lane where we walked for about an hour with little to no traffic. The room was clean and staff was nice.

The only issue I have is that there is a lot of grass around the hotel, but no dogs allowed on it. There is a Dog Run, which is a fun idea, except it's all scrub and dirt and no one cleans up after their dog. And your dog will have to walk across a large blacktop area to get to it - not recommended in 100 degree heat. (I did not let mine do that.) The hotel itself was just fine.
