  Not Great

  This is not a great place to stay. The room was not clean and the shower didn’t work. It was disappointing and I would pay more to stay somewhere else.

  No pet-friendly rooms

  Through BringFido, I had booked a pet friendly room at this place a full month in advance. The morning of my scheduled stay, I happened to be stopped for gas when I got a call from the hotel telling me they had no available pet friendly rooms. Why it took them a month to figure this out or why they didn't notice it was for a pet friendly room when it was booked through BringFido is beyond me. They did get me a room in a "sister" hotel (given the late notice and unavailability of rooms I had no choice). The sister property (America's Best Value Inn reviewed separately) is an inferior property as was the room (queen instead of king and filthy). Maybe the Quality Inn is okay to actually stay in, but I'll never know.

  Easy location

  Good choice

  A nice place to stay, and they allow the dog to stay alone in the room. Only problem is that in order to find grass for dog relief time it is necessary to visit the nearby places that have nice landscaping. I’m a repeat stayer with two Bichons.

  Old tired hotel

  I really appreciate they accept most dogs (excluded breeds list posted at the front desk). There is a small grassy area at the front entrance near the road, but no dog bags. There is an empty lot nearby, but it is unmaintained. The hotel is old and tired. Our room had an ill-fitting door that was difficult to open/close. The toilet ran all night, peeling paint, etc. There is a McDonald's on the same block, and an I-Hop across the side street. Neither has outdoor seating.

  Enjoyed our stay

  Staff was very friendly and our room was on the end right by a grassy area. I love the fact it had carpet so my dogs don't slip. Room was very clean. I'd stay again.

  Works for a night

  Room was clean and linens were new. We felt safe. Staff were nice. But the ceiling is thin and the floor above us creaked every time they moved.

  Good stay

  We enjoyed our stay, The motel was quiet and a nice reprieve from the cold, snowy highway. There is an easy, safe neighborhood walk nearby.

  Room was dirty

  Room/floor was filthy. We spilled water on the floor and paper towels came up black. Also grit/dirt on floor. Bathroom had a mildew smell and tub was dirty.

  Pet rooms just redone!

  Our stay here was quite nice. They’ve just redone the pet rooms with hard flooring instead of carpet, and their location is very convenient with the parking right out the door. The only slight problem I would note is that there is only a tiny pet area - wish it was bigger. Overall though, great stay!

  Need to clean the carpeting

  Know was a dog friendly room but the carpet was stained so much that I slept with my shoes in and out towels around the bed. Staff were friendly and the rest of the room was clean, just very dirty carpet.

  Nice stay

  Rooms are old but clean and comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Lots of places within walking distance to pick up take out food. Because of COVID breakfast was limited but fine. Water bottles also available. Internet was very good.

  Nothing for dogs

  I was allowed to have my dog, but they didn't have a pet area outside. I ended up going across the street. When I checked out, they asked if the dog was a service animal. I said yes, and they were not able to remove the pet fee. The shower head was crusty and didn't spray well, and the water didn't drain well; so you were in standing water while showering. Other than that, the staff was nice, the rest of the room was good, and lots of individually wrapped choices for breakfast.

  Just what we needed

  Overnight with our dog on way from San Diego to Wyoming. Good clean comfortable room with friendly staff. Will stay here on our return trip.
