  So-so

  The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly. Very very nice. The room was, well, rather lacking. There was not one chair in the room. So we had to sit on the bed to eat our delivered dinner. The pillows were terrible, but the bed was comfy and blankets warm. There were no hand towels so we used the bath towels. There was a hair dryer, ironing board and an iron, and one suitcase stand. We used the ironing board for our other suitcase. The ice machine was broken, so the front staff gave us some ice. We paid an extra $10 so we could be downstairs, since it was cold and snowy, which we are not used to. For the quick overnight stay with our little girl puppy it was fine. Again, thanks to the front desk staff.

  Affordable & Friendly Staff

  Very friendly staff. Very affordable for a place to bring your pet. You get what you pay for regarding the quality of the room. The room served it's purpose for a place to stay overnight with your pet.

  Not recommended!

  We had been traveling all day so made the best of it but this place is a dump. The floors in the room are not level as well as the outside halls. There is rust on the outside roof and the carpet on the stairs is coming up and our dog slipped on it. Dog friendly rooms are typically downstairs so we were not happy about his either. There is no coffee maker in the room but we were able to get coffee in the office sometime after 8AM. We paid $106 up front and then I was charged a $60 fee and received credit for $50. The pet fee is $10 but I thought that was included in $106. This was advertised as Travelodge by Wyndham so I assumed it was at least decent. Wyndham should be embarrassed!

  Nice stay

  Very convenient to highway. Clean, basic rooms. Pet area. I'd stay again as it is nicer than many of the other pet friendly hotels in the city.

  You get what you pay for!

  Not a bad place, if you have no other choice. Pet rooms are upstairs, which is absolutely crazy!, Older
  place, guess they call it rustic? No coffee pot due to virus. Pool? Door didn't close properly. Showed light on 3 different sides. Furniture is old and broken. Had a double queen room. 1 bed was broke. Every time you moved, we were afraid it would fall thru. Found a pair of glasses and an alarm clock under bed so knew room hadn't been cleaned real good. Towels had holes in them. Doesn't look like pool has been opened in years.

  Comfortable & convenient

  For the price, we were satisfied. Just right for a pit stop. We had accidentally booked a room which was not one of their pet-friendly rooms. The attendant was very assistive. Luckily, there was a PF room available & the front desk clerk made sure we were refunded the full amount of our reservation even though we decided to stay only one night after we had booked three.
