Enjoy the beach (only .3 miles) from this adorable updated cottage, perfect for your Cape Cod getaway! There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a full bed) separated by a cozy family room with a TV. The well-equipped kitchen separates the family room from the full bathroom with shower. Enjoy a starlit outdoor shower after a day at one of the nearby beaches. There are two outdoor patio areas ideal for enjoying a meal cooked on the gas grill or simply lounging and enjoying the salty fresh air. Take a short drive to downtown Hyannis for an evening of entertainment and dining. Be sure to get in a game of mini golf at one of the nearby courses, visit the nearby outdoor waterpark, or choose from one of the many local ice-cream shops for a sweet treat! There is driveway parking for 4 cars. BOOK NOW!!! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
