We had a couple issues with the room. The fridge did not close and a desk chair was broken. The manager immediately came and got the chair. We didn't need it but they're replacing it for the next guest. Also we didn't need the fridge and it's supposed to get repaired. The bed was very comfortable and room very clean. Lots of grass for the pups to go potty. All and all a nice stay. Second time there.

This hotel worked out well for us. We had our two dogs who were inexperienced travelers. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The grounds have lots of grassy areas for dogs.

This hotel needs a major upgrade. Also, if you don’t mind the uncleanliness, blood stains on the wall and mold in the shower, this hotel is for you.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very easy to work with. There was ample room to walk our dog along with a waste disposal station. This place is setup and ready for its pet guests (and there were quite a few).

Check-in was easy. Lisa at front desk was very nice. Room was very clean. Lots of grass to let dogs go potty.

The shower is not something I would use but we got to have both our dogs. Our room was quiet, the lady at the front desk was very kind, and a local restaurant was very accommodating. The attached restaurant was too busy, due to prom, so we didn’t get to try them.

The rooms are in real need of upgrading. For instance ducktape on the holes in the curtains!! All tvs were down and were not operating. The keys would not open all normally approved doors. On a positive note doggie area was very good and the staff were pleasant and informative.

This was, BY FAR, the dirtiest, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled like every pet had peed on the floor! I have no idea the last time it was cleaned, everything was super outdated, and to top it off- at midnight, my husband heard water running and we noticed that our roof was leaking from the room above us! All we needed was a place to sleep while traveling through, and this was awful! The customer service was very good, however.

nothing fancy, just a basic hotel. Very dog friendly, average rooms, however the bed was extremely comfortable! I give the bed 5/5 stars by itself.

I had asked for TWO wake up calls . one at 6:30 and one a t 7:00. One came at 7:50 and one at 8:00. As i plan my trips deriving to Canada this threw my whole schedule of. The only comment i got , was that i SAD!
