We stayed one day at the hotel. The place was nice and clean, and the breakfast was complete. My dogs behaved very well. However, the receptionist was very rude, unfriendly, and disgusting! He never greeted us, he showed up one time at the breakfast and almost ran over my husband, and he knocked on our door and yelled us that the checkout was in thirty minutes! We were already getting ready to leave and still in time for the checkout. So rude and disgusting. We will never come back to this place!

Clean rooms, ample parking and great breakfast. Lacks a pet area so you will need to walk to find grass down at the Arby's or Holiday Inn by the Tesla chargers. Would stay here again.

Relocating across the country with a cat who has never been in a motel before; I had deep fears about the experience. Photos appeared to show beds boxed in to the floor so she could not hide from me on departure, and I did find those cat-proof beds! The Inn was comfortable, clean, staff was friendly, and my cat adjusted quickly with just a tent made from draping her blanket over an armchair in the room. Quiet, so nothing to wind her up. Very happy with my stay.

Very friendly and personable staff. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast was great. I would stay her again without dog anytime. Highly recommended!!

This moderately priced room was quiet, nicely furnished, carpeted, and had a window that opened. Grass along south side of building and packed dirt area on north side for dog relief. Visitor Center about 1 block away with nice park and an enclosed dog park.

I love Richfield. Our Best Western staff was superb. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. Even the house keepers wished us safe travels when we left. We will stay here again.
