Nice hot tub in room but sheets hadn't been changed

At first we were impressed (our room had a hot tub!), the fridge had a freezer. But the sheet's hadn't been changed (and were visibly dirty) and three of four pillows had no pillow case. Housekeeping had left and the search of laundry didn't come up with right size linens (which we were having to put on ourselves). Finally I looked through their laundry and found a couple top sheets we could lay across to function as bottom sheets. We were told when management found out what happened we'd likely get a credit back but that never happened.

    Stay away

I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. The room was incredibly outdated and filthy, the door didn't close completely, and it was right next to the freeway. The dog-friendly rooms are on the freeway side, so you get to listen to traffic all night. There was zero area for a dog to go to the bathroom, so good luck with that. The bed was hard as a rock. The room looked like a five-year-old does housekeeping for the hotel, because the room was thrown together. I went to drop off my keys at 5am (because I couldn't handle the stiff bed and noise from the neighbors' room) and the breakfast was all set up. But the front desk guy wouldn't let me in the lobby to grab a cup of coffee. Stay far away from this hotel.

    Clean and convenient

Despite the bargain basement price compared to other hotels in the area, this place was great. Yes, it’s an older property, but the room was nice and front desk staff was super friendly. It was right off the highway so great for a quick, overnight stay on our cross country road trip, and there were abundant food options very close. I’d definitely stay here again with my dogs.

    Too close to freeway

No yard for dogs. Nice vinyl flooring in room. Breakfast just ok but bad freeway noise. Nice and close to food options for dinner.

    Nice basic accommodations

Made a reservation for a king room, but was switched to a room with 2 queen beds upon arrival. Was told that that they do not have a pet-friendly king. Your usual motel experience; the room was clean, the a/c was cold, and the complimentary breakfast was marginal. The hotel doesn't have a pet area, but the parking lot had little grassy islands.

    Good stay

Exterior doors make it easy and convenient to park by the room. Room was clean. Housekeeping provided clean towels and emptied garbage daily. Very little neighbor noise although the I-15 is somewhat noisy. The location is close to lots of shopping, food, etc. No real area for dogs but there is a bit of grass by the Chuckarama. Fridge and microwave in room. Great stay.

    Worn out motel

Having an outside entrance was great. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly. The room was basic, very clean with comfortable beds but very much in need of a makeover; everything is old and worn out. A dog friendly motel with nowhere to walk a dog.

    Nice stay

Clean, convenient and very friendly staff. Bag breakfast (not good). Pillows hard as rocks.

    Clean

This was a very clean & comfortable room. Only downside was not much of a dog area, but I still recommend it.

    Nice folks

Friendly staff. Only issue was very limited grass for important dog business.
