★PARKING★
Our beach cottage comes with free on-site parking for up to 3-4 cars. Please note that the driveway is narrow, so we kindly ask that you park responsibly and considerately. In the event that you have more than 4 cars, there is an additional parking lot located next to ShopRite just a short 3-minute drive away, where you can park and carpool back to the cottage.
★PETS★
We understand that pets are beloved members of your family and we happily welcome them to our property for an additional fee of $300 per pet. Please note that this fee covers the extra cleaning and sanitation measures we take to ensure the space is pristine and allergen-free for our guests with and without pets. *Pets must be on a leash when at the beach and picked up after.

We're thrilled to offer our guests private beach access, perfect for a day of sun, sand, and surf. Our beach seating area is located below the high tide mark and is easily identifiable by the surrounding seaweed and fences. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of neighboring properties and only use the designated beach seating area during your stay. Please refer to the last picture in our listing for a better idea of the location.
