      We weren't impressed

      The motel was run down, dirty, needed some serious maintenance, cleaning, and upgrades. They did have a good area to walk doggies, so I can give them a plus for that much, at least.

      Flies

      The room had a swarm of flies and wasn’t as clean as expected. No trash bin. Glad it was just one night.

      Would give five bones if it were not for the Chick-Fil-A in the parking lot

      Coming into this location in the evening was difficult as the line of cars for Chick-Fil-A went around the block. Once I got in, there were no spots to park, turns out Chick-Fil-A patrons were parking in the hotel lot as the drive through wrapped around an empty Chick-Fil-A parking lot, preventing their customers from parking in their own lot. There is a parking garage, but if you have things on your roof (I did) or a trailer, that is not an option. So I waited for a Cichk-Fil-A patron to leave and took that spot. Knowing full well that the rest of the evening people would be coming and going around my car. The room itself was great. Good price, allows large dogs, was on the back side so not overlooking the scene at Chick-Fil-A, but instead a small park and another hotel or similar building across the park. Everything I needed once I got checked in.

      Super Clean Dog Friendly

      Easy check in. Room on 2nd floor. Stairs to access dog relief area. There's a great little trail behind the hotel and a 10min walk to lots of shops and Starbucks! Felt safe. Would recommend.

      Decent accommodations

      Dirty air conditioning vents and filter. Dirty carpets. Decent place for dogs. Nice area to walk dogs.

      Great location, nice grassy area and big room

      I’d stay here again if it was convenient but prefer other hotels to this. It was a bit seedy with obvious long term tenants that didn’t make me feel super safe, even with a big dog. The grassy area was awesome, the room was huge and the location unbeatable for everything. My dog struggles on slippery floors so wish there was carpeting. So glad I brought his bed. If I was staying for a few weeks and wasn’t alone I’d probably pick this. For a one night stopover, I’d stick with more standard fare along I-80, especially if you are alone. I picked it because I could cook dinner and not leave my pup and there is a great dog park nearby, worth checking out.
