When we arrived we found the curtains open and AC shut off on a 95 degree day. So, the afternoon sun heated up the west facing room like an oven. The AC couldn't cool it down even overnight. The floor was filthy when we arrived. The bed was hard as a rock and sounded like it was going to fall apart with every movement. The toilet required multiple flushes for everything. The bedding appeared to be clean, and the staff were all nice. And we were required to provide a $50 dollar deposit for having our dog with us and it took several days to get the deposit back after checking out. Will not stay again or recommend.

By far the worst Red Roof I’ve ever seen. It smelled so old and even the supposed non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke so badly that my children started coughing. We left after half hour and because we were in the room even briefly they refused to refund. Plenty of dog friendly, clean, new hotels in the area. We moved to the Hilton, brand new, lovely and very dog friendly with fabulous fenced in, grassy dog area.

3/4 of the rooms were unoccupied, yet they crammed us all together next to each other so every time a dog started barking or there was a noise outside, they all started barking so we didn’t get any sleep.

The good part is the motel is pet friendly and cheap, but we won't stay here again. Especially since our dog who is very used to hotels did not want to stay.

Renovations were in progress when we checked in at 6:00 pm on Saturday, and got more intense as the evening went on. They would not relocate our room, and the manager took the position we were inconveniencing him. We eventually had to find other lodgings, and a refund was denied.

Walls are paper thin you will hear everyone come in and out of their rooms at all hours of the night. Wasn’t able to sleep at all. Room was clean enough. Nothing fancy. Few bugs here and there. But what you would expect from an off the highway hotel.
