River frontage amenity land opposite (over road) with picnic seating & bbq. Detached historic coach house with courtyard garden 2 large double bedrooms with vaulted roof & south facing windows, king or super king sleigh beds with memory foam mattress and 65" 4k smart TV. En-suie shower room. Living room / kitchen diner External courtyard garden to the south facing front with seating. Parking at adjoining Grigshot House. (avoid parking at our neighbours Grigshot Lodge please)
