Wake board, Knee Board, Skis, Tube available with boats, fishing option set up one of the boats also ( additional rental fees apply ) Wake boat rental is available to experienced drivers only and you must view boat safety videos before renting all boats. Tri-toon boat rental is $700 per day / $3000 per week per boat ( plus fuel ) Single/Double Kayaks , Combination Kayak/Paddle Boards, Large Tube, Paddle Boards, 5 person Paddle Boat rent for $450 per stay ( if you rent a boat for 7 days...these items are included at no additional charge )(2) Sea-Doo 300 HP Jet Skis , $800 per day per jet ski ( plus fuel ) RENT one of our Custom Built Luxury Tri-toon Boats for the week and you can use our Custom Ordered Wake Boat for for an additional $1000. per day (w/Surf Board, Knee Board, Wake Board and Tubes.....must be an experienced boat driver )

For your security, the property is equipped with cameras at the front gate entrance, front door and at the pool area for insurance purposes. If you have any concerns about the camera located in the pool area, please let us know. Gated security gate at front entrance is optional. If you have a dog, please include your deposit before arrival....pet deposit is $300 per dog ( you would pay $40-$60 per day at a kennel ) you will be charged if you bring additional dogs, we pay additional cleaning fees for guests that bring pets, please be honest !
