Just needed a stop on the way home but will not stay here again. It was clean and staff friendly but did not sleep well. Very noisy heating/cooling system and road noise too. No designated outdoor area for dogs, no trash or cleanup bags. Little green space to walk.

I am giving the BW a 4 but actually think a 3.5 is more fitting. Our room was ok but carpeted, which surprised me being a pet friendly hotel. Let's face it, dogs mark sometimes. My biggest issue was the chair in in the room smelled of cat pee. In their defense I never mentioned it because we had a couple of other issues which were fairly serious but when I checked out the young woman at the desk had been informed of the problems & credited me the dog fee and took some money off the bill. As far as staying again, I'm not sure I would because of the smell & the carpeting, but kudos to them for trying the make the issues they were aware of right.

Dirty! Stained furniture! dirty and stained carpets, the filter in the AC was so disgusting I was surprised it was able to continue to run. Hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. I am 66 And I have stayed in many hotels, Airbnb’s, Bed and breakfasts all over the world and have owned and run a quest home myself. This stay was the bottom of the barrel. Sorry nothing good to report. Be wary!

I think it over-priced for the level of quality but we were in and out in 6 hours on the road so did not matter too much. Staff were friendly and the car-outside-the-door arrangement was very helpful. Aior conditioning only worked after a struggle.

Hotel was under severe renovation area was not inviting. It seemed like vagrants were hanging around in the rear parking area. My wife did not feel safe. This was one of the worst experiences of our lives. We left the hotel at 4AM

Aside from a lopsided bed that was sunken in the center, the linens, particularly the pillows had an awful odor, thankfully we brought ours from home. Very disappointed as we frequent best western when we travel. Also would have been nice to know there a big renovation going on, but wasn’t a big deal for one night, just saying....

They are in the works of renovating. In-laws recommended here and not too bad. Plenty of grassy areas for the pups and trash receptacles to throw away after. Very polite staff. Easy on and off I-95 with food and Dunkins right there. Room didn’t smell dog like so I was VERY pleased to know the room was cleaned even with dogs allowed. Will stop again!
