  Disappointed

  The hotel was in disrepair. Bathroom sink was clogged, drapes hang off the rod, sheets and towels were gross. Carpet was stained. Only good thing - we only needed to sleep there one night as our stopover as we drove from FL to NJ. Breakfast wasn’t bad.

  Filthy

  I used to stay here a lot 4 years ago. It has gone downhill. I am totally disgusted and will never stay here again. The grass is not mowed, making it difficult to walk a small dog. There are no doggie bag stations. The carpet is filthy and turned my feet black after a few minutes spent looking for my socks. I do not even want my dog to walk on the carpet. I will never stay here again.

  Low end hotel

  The bed was very uncomfortable (hard as a rock). It felt like we were sleeping on wood with a piece of foam on top.. There was very little toilet paper in bathroom & we had to request another roll. We won't stay here again.

  Clean room, terrible breakfast

  Room was spotless, but there was no hair dryer! Asked at front desk and they told there were none available. Bed was comfy! Breakfast was less than desirable. I would stay there again just go elsewhere for breakfast.

  Overnight stay

  We stayed here this past weekend when driving from Florida to NY. We, along with several others, were waiting for quite a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The lobby floors were dirty, which should’ve been the first sign. Our first floor dog friendly room had a horrible smell (moldy), very stained carpet, a large black (ink?) stain on the comforter and a huge bug in the bathroom. I don’t recommend this hotel.

  Good location for travelers

  Country Inn was filled with very friendly and personable staff. Price was very reasonable for what we got. First floor rooms for pet owners, so easy in and out.

  Very pet friendly

  Great place to stop for Fido. The pet fee is only $20. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, French toast, waffles, and many more items.

  Convenient off I-95. Older building, finish on wall around window patched, room had a strong unpleasant odor, tv did not work (probably dead battery in remote), no WiFi password given, food average.

  Convenient and Dog Friendly

  There was an extra fee (which we expected) for us having two dogs. This is a convenient hotel off of I-95, so a great place to rest when on a long road trip. All dog friendly rooms are located on the first floor. However, the hotel itself had multiple issues, such as peeling walls, one of the side exit doors was broken, and our sink didn't have a drain (just a hole for the pipe). I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.

  Disappointing stay

  It was like a one star hotel at 5 star price. The only good thing was the water pressure in the shower. The bed was very worn out. The carpet was stained. I woke up hurting from that terrible mattress. The drapes were torn. The breakfast was not good; we had to go get fast food it was so bad. I thought I could count on Country Inn being great but not this one!

  Front desk refused to give receipt

  If traveling with dog, this is acceptable choice if traveling along I-95 with a dog. Adequate accommodations and Cracker Barrel just across the parking lot. Breakfast bag is sad and lobby coffee may or may not be there. Despite 2 requests, AM desk attendant refused to give receipt, referring me to BringFido—seemed odd. Still no receipt for my stay.

  Don’t expect much

  The parking lot and general area was dark and not well lit. Even the motel sign was not well seen. The pool was green and according to other ratings has been closed for sometime. The front desk staff were not professional or friendly. There was no breakfast offered as advertised. The rooms are dingy and not well kept. The beds were okay but dogs were barking the entire stay. Would not recommend this hotel. Needs dire attention

  Dirty Room

  We have stayed at this chain before but this location is unclean from the beer or vomit on the floor of the elevator to the dead bugs on the filthy carpet in our room and stuck to the ceiling. There was dried tomato sauce on the bathroom counter but not much toilet paper was provided - no spare role, just about a third of a role. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor but the sheets were fresh and we were exhausted after 11 hours on the road, so we stayed. We hope no one else does until they clean up that place!

  Great location, easy on and off interstate

  Like most hotels now, struggled with cleanliness and maintenance. Lots of grass for potty breaks. We had room on 2nd floor and I worried about getting outside without accident with my puppy, but worked out ok.

  Decent for a night

  We stopped here with my 3 fur kids after 13 hours of traveling. The hotel is clean and has great space outside for walking and potty breaks. The staff was great and all pet rooms were on the first floor. The room itself was spacious BUT it did have a urine odor and the carpet was clearly stained. I wouldn’t walk barefoot! I grateful for them allowing 3 babies. if you’re exhausted and need a quick rest, it’s feasible.

  After having our long standing reservation cancelled at another hotel(?), this hotel had a last minute room available. Accommodations were clean and staff was helpful and friendly. We’ll stay here again!

  Excellent choice of stay

  Very clean hotel from check in area, lobby, hallway, and room to outside sitting area. Friendly front desk ladies. Had first floor room. Quiet in hotel and around the hotel. Close to I-95 but didn’t hear any traffic. Unfortunately the fast food choices weren’t the best due to being out of food products. Glad we had sandwiches with us. Still giving bag breakfasts. Nearby Food Lion and Walmart. Would certainly stay there again if traveling with dog.

  Great

  The hotel was packed looked full but couldn’t believe how quiet it was early, I drove all day so just wanted a quiet place had my 3 small old dogs I think they should limit pet fees like $50 but it’s $25 a pet so extra $75 was a little high for 1 night but staff was friendly well lit parking lot and big.

  Great spot to stretch our legs and take a break from the road. I actually booked our room for the wrong dates, and the front desk support helped us get in a pet-friendly room that night! Very accommodating and clean!

  I wish I could post the pictures, the room had urines stains in the carpet, and there was blood stains all over the bathroom walls, the floors were dirty with left over food under the couch which my dog found. I ask the desk clerk to have the owner to call me and never did, nor did the manager. Bad business

  Right off highway. Large room, very friendly staff. Easy with my 60lb yellow lab. Kinda drab. Worked well for side of the ride stop driving between NY and ATL.

  Great location when traveling with pets.
  Very friendly staff and accommodating.
  We booked through BringFido but when we got to the hotel at check in - they said our reservation didn't indicate that we had a dog with us. They have specific rooms for those traveling with pets.
  They quickly revised our reservation and helped accommodate our needs as we were traveling with our dog as well as 2 small children.

  Just ok

  We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row, all booked through Bringfido as traveling with our dogs. This was likely our last. We booked a king bedroom suite for the 3rd year in a row only to be told Upon arrival the room type we booked is not dog friendly and if we want that room our dogs aren’t welcome. Not happy as this was more money than the room type we ended up with and we are used to a king bed for sleeping. If it wasn’t midnight and we hadn’t been on the road for over 10 hours we would have moved on to somewhere else. KEISHA I believe was the name of the not so pleasant desk clerk/night manager. Sadly I don’t think we will be back and unless Bringfido can confirm reservations properly we may have to utilize another booking option moving forward.

  D.J. at the front desk made my check-in an absolute pleasure with his speed, professionalism and sincerely genuine appreciation of my business! Recognizing me as a Choice/Radisson club member, I was handed a welcome bag chockfull of yummies and off I went to a well appointed room!

  There are plenty of grassy areas for the pups and they're greeted wIth lots of love here!

  As I entered the breakfast area each morning, I was warmly greeted with a gorgeous smile from the lovely Tamesha who expertly managed to keep it spotlessly clean and perfectly stocked with all the goodies necessary for a great start to the day!

  A huge thank you to Kiera in housekeeping who very kindly respected an odd sleeping routine but made sure there was never a towel shortage!

  Now...the shining platinum star of this property is the positively lovely Ms. Roslyn who's perfectly mastered the role of keeping her amazing team on point at all times and maintaining impeccable standards that ensure the stellar guest experience!
