Relax in this newly renovated home less than 1.5 miles to Bethany Board Walk. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch home has a master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower and tub. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with twins. There is a hall bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The newly updated kitchen is fully stocked to cook and serve meals and has a dining area that comfortably seats six. You may also want to spend time on the screened-in porch complete with a table and chairs as well. There is a catch and release pond across the street from this property. This home allows you to enjoy time at the beach with your dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies per dog.
Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
