Travel with our pets and always find this location to be perfect in a N/S trip. The pet rooms are good (no evidence to us of other pets) and the location of the hotel provides excellent dinner and breakfast options. See you again!

the hotel was nice, and clean. it had a microwave, fridge, and a hair dryer. I really liked the waste area for the dogs, it was a large area of grass, and they provided poop bags and disposal. Other than check in we had a very nice stay, and it is in a great location with multiple plazas right down the street!

Girl at the counter was very professional courteous and had a sense of humor the room was excellent very accessible to outdoor area for dogs Harrisonburg is the halfway point on my usual trip North. I will definitely stay here again

This was the first hotel that our dogs have been comfortable in !! Room was carpeted, so the dogs did not slip and slide all over the floor. They placed us on the first floor nearest the dog park.

This hotel is fine. It is annoying, however, that even if you prepay the reservation, the hotel insists on putting a $50 authorization on your card. The pet fee is not included in the nightly room fee when you book on BringFido. The pet area (courtyard) is fine, although the trash receptacle for dog poop had not been emptied in over a week, as it was overflowing with poop bags, making it almost impossible to throw anything away. This should be easy enough to take care of. The hotel puts all the people with pets on one wing of the hotel, with a door that exits near the pet area. One the one hand, this is super convenient. On the other hand, if your dog is sensitive to other animal sounds, it may not be a good idea. My dog heard the coming and going of every other animal in the hallway, and thus refused to settle down, making it hard for me and him to sleep.

Nice, clean, safe hotel with lovely rooms. Conveniently located right off the highway. No longer a Comfort Inn but part of Clarion family. Pet fee (currently) $20 per night (not per pet).
