I loved that this was just off the highway, but the cleanliness of this hotel was so disappointing. It really needs a full makeover. I would not stay here again. There were several other locations that would have been better.

Great location. Close to highway and Applebee’s next door. Nice, large room. Reasonable dog fee includes 2 dogs. Sloped grassy area for pups. Good breakfast. TVs in room need to be upgraded to this century.

Nice front desk staff - we checked in a little after 6pm. We found everything to be nice and comfortable. Except the breakfast, which is greatly reduced by Covid impacts to food handling and sharing practices. Hoping that will improve soon!

This was an easy in and out both in terms of the location of the motel and the ability to park near our room. It was dog friendly with ample grass areas nearby. The included breakfast was adequate. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

The location was good. There was an Applebee’s next door and a gas station with great prices. Staff was friendly but the hotel is showing its age.

The room was not 100%. My top sheet was clearly not clean. Bed was comfortable and we had a quiet night. Sad to see the waffle machine not working at the breakfast bar. All staff was very kind to us and our maltipoo.

The motel is aging a bit and, though clean, rather worn. Not a lot of nearby long walks nor open fields but the staff are friendly and the dog-friendly rooms immediately face a large fenced lawn which is very convenient.

This was a roadtrip stop. The room was spotless and comfortable. $22 (incl. tax) pet fee for a large dog. We had a first floor king room - it had a fridge and microwave. The ground was snow covered so I can’t review the grassy areas. Kobe Cedar Sassafras (my catahoula) thought the bed was very comfortable and asked me to rate them 5 bones!

We traveled and had to stop because of a unexpected snow/ice storm and we’re pleasantly surprised! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and practicing safe covid procedures and the cost was great!

Great easy to get to location. Nice, clean room. Felt very safe visiting during the pandemic with our pup. She had plenty of areas to go to the bathroom and walk around a bit. Thanks!

The hotel was fresh and clean. The king bed was very comfortable, nice mattress, and bathroom hygiene good. Lots of grassy areas for our dog. In-room coffee maker and ample fresh breakfast served. We will stop here again.

This hotel was very clean! It also has nice outdoor seating so we could get takeout dinner and eat outside with the dog. Applebee’s in the parking lot was a plus after a long drive.

For the price, this was an excellent value. The staff was friendly and helpful and my room was spacious, clean and updated with recent carpeting, floor tile, granite counters and paint. On the con side, it took some effort to get the temperature where I wanted it and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

You have to remember this is a college town with a high weekend demand for accommodations, i.e. football games, college functions, etc. Typical motel/hotel accommodations for the town of Lexington. Is it worth the price? Not really, but it is what it is. If use to 4 and 5 star accommodations, Lexington does not have much to offer.

Safe Stay: Best Western Lexington Inn has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the We Care Clean (Best Western) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Cashless payment is available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
