The room I checked into was next to a window with a seemingly bullet hole looking shatter. The room smelled foul and was so dirty with sticky stain on the table right as I stepped in. The woman manning the front desk was rude and had no idea what was going on and told me my dog needed to be a service animal to stay with them. I stated that was not what it said on the website. I actually left because of how DISGUSTING the room was. They also stated they wouldn't charge my card, yet they did. When I called they said they'd issue a refund. I needed to call multiple times for them to refund me.

The hotel was very old and worn out. The room was dirty. I had to pick up some sort of shells from the floor so my dog wouldn’t try to eat them. The chair in the room was stained and full of crumbs. In addition, the area for the dogs was very small and also serves as the smoking area. There are no bags so there is dog dirt on the ground. It’s also a very noisy. Cars went in and out of the parking lot all night long. Overall it was a very shabby place. I would not recommend it and I wouldn’t stay there if it was the only room available in the area.
