Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 AM and must check-out by 11 AM.

Green Egg, propane BBQ & Blackstone Griddle for gourmet Feasts. Horseshoe Pits, Kayaks and Paddles Boards. Sunset Fire pit for S'mores. Water play at the Sandy Beach, deep Off the Dock or Maybe a Soak in the Hot Tub after a Sauna. Sir Sam's close by for seasonal mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing. Plenty of cross country trails to explore. 15 minutes to town and all that Haliburton Highlands has to offer.
