The breakfast was great. The fenced dog run was great except for the lazy dog owners who didn’t clean up. The room was not very clean. I turned on the light in the bathroom and a roach crawled from under the towels, then there were two more. Furniture needs replacing. Floor needs replacing. NOT EASY TO 95 Southbound. I don’t recommend the place and won’t stay again.

Nice views of the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. We had an incident with the toilet and maintenance was quick. The breakfast was great and the coffee was fabulous. Would recommend to anyone!

We were given a ground-floor, beach-side room. It was very clean. Dogs were allowed (by the city) to walk on the beach after 6:00 pm and before 10:00am, so that was nice.

No issues. This was a good place to stop with our dog. Beds were comfortable and the pet-friendly suite gave us a lot of space.

Like it was stated in another review just awful. Upon entering our room the smell of something being used to mask odor was over powering. Once you were in the room long enough it became apparent that the room had a stale cigarette smell even though it was a no smoking room. All the furnishings were in very bad shape and dirty. The only thing this place has going for it is the location directly on the beach.

We were treated very good and our dog was happy too. Very good trip. Staff was wonderful. The only complaint I have is other dog owners need to pick up after their dog in the pet area. If they would have a shovel, I would have done it myself. Thank you for providing this service. It's great.

Highly recommend. Will return. No carpet in pet rooms. Grass for dogs. Balcony for fresh air and view. No complaints.
