The most disgusting stench of body odor and smoke, even though it’s a non smoking room! The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned and the bedspreads looked old and smelled old. Back door should be secured yet it was wide open. Wish I could give it a zero. Going to contact the health department!!!

I'd choose 0 bones if I could. I went to pick up Kippy's food dish & it was teeming with ants. There were so many there were actually falling from the dish and crawling up my arms. I took the dish to the front desk and was promptly brushed off. I can't say enough bad things.
